NordPay Financial renews the maximum security level for its online payments Paysite-cash solution

The payment institution Nordpay Financial provider of the Paysite-cash payment solution has announced the renewal of its PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 for its secure payments platform. This renewal demonstrates the ability of NordPay Financial to ensure the highest security level for Internet purchases.

The PCI DSS certification (The payment industry’s global security standard) involves the implementation of a highly secure environment aimed at the prevention of fraud and the protection of credit card information during processing and storage.

Certification requires a full technical audit of the payment service provider. A total of 12 requirements and no less than a hundred checkpoints are checked during the procedure to obtain the highest level of the standard (Level 1 - Service Provider).

Each year, Nordpay Financial relies on the independent organisation ELITT, approved by the largest international banking networks (Visa, MasterCard, GIE CB) to ensure compliance with PCI DSS. After a detailed audit, Nordpay Financial has successfully renewed its certification. Certification is obtained only by a small number of independent companies in France.
